MyCampusStudio Terms of Use

These terms are between you and Ridr Technologies LLP ("Ridr", "we", "us"), which provides the MyCampusStudio mobile app and web app (the "service"). By signing in you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Who can use MyCampusStudio

MyCampusStudio is for parents and guardians of students, teachers, principals and school administrators at schools, colleges and coaching centres that subscribe to it. There is no public sign-up: your school creates your account. You must be 18 or older. Children do not sign in.

2. Your school and us

Your school decides what is recorded in MyCampusStudio, sets its own fees, schedules and policies, and is responsible for the accuracy of what it enters. We provide the software. We are not a party to the arrangement between you and your school and are not responsible for its services, decisions or refunds.

3. Your account

• Keep your password and one-time codes to yourself. You are responsible for what is done with your account.
• Give accurate information and keep it up to date.
• Tell your school or us straight away if you think someone else has used your account.
• You may delete your account at any time. See https://mycampusstudio.com/delete-account.

4. Acceptable use

You must not:

• use the service to harass, threaten, abuse or defame anyone;
• send content that is unlawful, obscene, hateful, or that sexualises or endangers a child;
• share another person's information without the right to do so;
• upload malware, or try to break, overload, probe or bypass the security of the service;
• access data that does not belong to you or your school;
• copy, resell or reverse-engineer the service.

Messages in MyCampusStudio are between families and school staff, and the school can see them. You can report a message from within the conversation. We or your school may remove content and suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

5. Payments

Fees you pay through MyCampusStudio are paid to your school, for services it provides in person, through a payment provider it has chosen. We do not hold your money. Questions about a charge, a refund or a receipt go to your school. The payment provider's own terms also apply.

MyCampusStudio is free for parents, guardians and staff to download and use. Your school pays for its subscription under a separate agreement.

6. Your content

You keep the rights to what you upload. You give us and your school permission to store, display and transmit it as needed to run the service. Do not upload anything you have no right to share.

7. Our software

The service, its design and the MyCampusStudio name and logo belong to Ridr Technologies LLP. We give you a personal, non-transferable right to use the app for its intended purpose while your account is active.

8. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what personal data the service handles. It forms part of these terms.

9. Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available and correct, but we do not promise it will never be interrupted or free of errors. Features may change. We may suspend the service for maintenance or security reasons.

MyCampusStudio is not an emergency service. In an emergency involving a child, contact the school or the emergency services directly; do not rely on a message in the app.

Health, fitness and diet information in the app is recorded by your school for its own use. It is not medical advice.

10. Liability

To the extent the law allows, the service is provided "as is", and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for loss caused by your school's acts or omissions, or for events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Ending your access

Your access ends when you delete your account, when your school removes it, or when your school stops using MyCampusStudio. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms.

12. Changes to these terms

When we change these terms we publish the new version at https://mycampusstudio.com/terms with a new version number, and the app asks you to accept it the next time you sign in.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Hyderabad have exclusive jurisdiction.
